Pastor Oladejo was called and in obedience To thee call of God, he proceeded to the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso where he studied from August, 1994 to June, 1998 and upon completion, Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Theology (BTH) In his quest for further knowledge, Pastor Oladejo enrolled for the post Graduate Diploma in Education PGDE in University of Ado-EKiti and completed the programme in the Year 2004.
Before Pastor Sam Oladejo, became a teacher of the word, he imparted secular knowledge by teaching in various schools in Ogbomoso land from 1985 to 1994. He taught in Oko Baptist Grammar School, Okovia Ejigbo. He was in Ogbomoso Grammar School, ldi-Araba Community Grammar School, Alayin Community Grammar School all in Ogbomoso land, Oyo State
It is a known fact that the leadership skill is not acquired overnight but by gradual and constant exposure to leadership positions and offices. Between 1989 and 1991, he was a choir master at ldi-Oro Baptist Church, Ogbomoso. He was Baptist Student Fellowship president 1988-1990 in the same ldi-Oro Baptist Church, Ogbomoso.
It was not a surprise therefore, when he supervised a ministry at Iranlowo oluwa Baptist Church, Awarankale, Ogbomoso between 1994-1998. Also he was a student Pastor at First Baptist Church, Topo-Badagry 1995, while he was also a student Pastor First Baptist Church, Ajangbadi-Afromedia between 1996-1997. He was a pioneer Pastor of First Baptist Church, Ajangbadi-Afromedia between 1998 to March, 2019. He resumed the Pastorate of Union Baptist Church, : 35/37 Iga ldunganran Str., Lagos 1st April, 2009.
Pastor Sam Oladejo has passion for Counseling, Helping others, Touring,and Prayers Since it is not good for a man to be alone, Pastor Oladejo took former Sister Elizabeth Abosede Alaba Asaju, a Chartered Accountant and Seasoned banker to the Altar on the 22nd day of August, 1998; where both were joined in the holy Matrimony. Mrs. Abosede Oladejo has over the years proved her worth as a dependable, reliable cum wonderful companion and a real helpmate to her husband. The marriage is blessed with wonderful children.

Glory be to God Almighty for granting us the grace to be part of this unique occasion. When our Pastor Rev. S.A. Oladejo is being appreciated for his relentless efforts in piloting our church spiritually, physically, and his contribution to the welfare of all the church members. Pastor S.A Oladejo acepted our call to be the under shepherd of this church, in April 2009. Despite threats and advice by our detractors not to come and serve our church, he chose to obey Gods voice with the belief that a big job involving hard work, devotion and purposeful leadership is waiting for him at Union Baptist Church, Lagos-Psalm 1vs 3.
Union Baptist Church Iga ldunganran is a peace loving Church. They appreciate good leadship and quality of service. We thank God that as a result of Rev. S.A. Oladejo Leadership qualities, our church enjoyed uninterrupted peace within the past 10 years. Crises on any congregation is a function of poor leadership. If church members are spiritually well equipped there will be little or no problem in the church. Once more Rev. Mrs, S.A. Oladejo the entire members of Union Baptist Church appreciate your purposeful Leadership and we pray that the Almighty God will continue to endow you with more anointing. Amen-Psalm 92vs 12.
